Advantage Girth

The new Advantage Girth from our partner JRS has an innovative, 8-way flexion, patent pending design, which increases your horse’s comfort and way of going, improves cadence and provides even weight distribution. It was designed to allow maximum bend and suppleness without interference from the girth.

Biomechanical analysis software and extensive field trials were used to test the performance of the girth. Horses of various breeds and disciplines were filmed at walk, trot and canter in a straight line in each of two girths: their regular one and the new Advantage girth. Computer analysis of the data taken confirms that the new girth reduces significantly the time taken to complete a stride. The increase in speed does not indicate rushing but rather the horse going forward in a positive way.

Options

The girth is available in Standard and Slim sizes depending on the horse's chest shape.

It is also offered with Single-End and Double-End buckles. The Single-End is ideal for horses with small girth areas.
